BYU-Idaho Adobe Cloud Access
Enterprise LicensesNOTICE
Jan. 16:
Everyone that was enrolled in a qualifying class before January 15th should be in the system and have access to the Adobe programs.
There is still a problem with students accessing the Adobe programs, but Adobe assures us that they are working on it. Thank you for your patience. There have been reports that if you install the second to latest version of the apps you can access the program. For a temporary fix, try following these steps in the Adobe Creative Cloud App. If this doesn’t work you can also try calling 1-800-685-2950.
Chrome seems to be causing some issues with logging in. If you get an error when logging in, please try using Firefox.
Who will get access?
Currently, only students enrolled in the following classes will gain access to a BYU-Idaho Adobe Enterprice License. Students will be receive an email notifying them of this access to their BYU-I email account. Students will retain access until the end of the semester.

Common Questions
Where is my email?
Clutter or Junk Folder
Check your clutter or junk folder in your BYU-I email. It is common for automatically generated emails to be sorted into this folder. If you can’t find the email but still think you should have access, try the login process described on this page.
Manual Entry
We are still working on fully integrating the Adobe management system with our BYU-I systems. There might be a few oversights as we try to manually manage student access this semester. If you are enrolled in one of these classes and havn’t reveived access you should contact your instructor. Gaining access may be a little delayed, please be patient.
Can I pause my individual Adobe Cloud subscription?
No. There is no way to pause an individual Adobe subscription, but you can cancel your subscription without a cancelation fee. The University has an enterprise agreement (“ETLA”) with Adobe. Because of this benefit, individual Creative Cloud subscribers can terminate their contracts and not be charged the normal 50% fee.
Contact Adobe Support and be certain to inform the support agent that you are a student at BYU-Idaho, and you are provided Adobe Creative Cloud by the University. You may be asked to show the email informing you that you had been given access through the University.
What if I am on a waiting list?
Students on a waiting list will need to wait until they get enrolled to start the process of getting access. As soon as you are accepted into the class please reach out to your instructor and they will add you to a list that will be submitted for access.
